I found this book while walking around in a Target store, bored out of my mind...
"Devoted" is the sequel to "Elixir". These are two of the books in the "Elixir" trilogy. Most of the time, sequels aren't as good as the first book, but leads into a good, third and finishing book. Wrong. Devoted was fantastic, and kept me on my toes the entire time I read it. The character Sage - one of my favorites - was not present as much as I desired, but once I engulfed myself into Clea Raymond and her adventure with Ben, her friend, I couldn't put it down. They manage to get into trouble more than once, and they also manage to see Sage at his breaking point.
I can't say anymore - I won't be flagged as a spoiler - and if you dare to crack open the book, you'll be surprised, and impressed.
